Opt out of rent reporting

Starting November 2026, your rent payments will be reported to the credit bureaus through Piñata, at no cost to you. If you no longer want to participate in rent reporting, submit the form below by October 25, 2026.

What opting out means

  • Closes your current rent-reporting record — it doesn't pause, it ends.
  • Turning it back on later starts a new record, not a continuation of this one.
  • Once you opt out, you can't opt back in to rent reporting on for six months.
  • You won't be able to receive the full rewards that Piñata offers for paying rent on-time.
